发明名称 MULTI-ELECTRODE WELDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the welding efficiency by starting the welding of a preceding electrode in an adjacent state of an electrode, making a following electrode adjacent after the welding of the preceding electrode has been stopped, in a line terminal part, and ending the welding. CONSTITUTION:Each electrode part of a welding device is provided with a moving device separately, and also a structure by which the whole device can run as one body is formed. First of all, in a state that multi-electrodes 1a, 1b are adjacent to each other, welding is started from the preceding electrode 1a. Subsequently, at the time point when it has become a prescribed inter- electrode state, welding of the following electrode 1b is started and a multi- electrode welding is executed. In a welding line terminal part, welding of the preceding electrode 1a is stopped and also welding of the electrode 1b is continued, and in a state that the electrode 1b has approached the electrode 1a, welding is ended. In this way, it becomes unnecessary to process a crater part of the start and end parts of welding, and the welding efficiency is improved.
