发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SHRINKABLE FOAMED COMPOSITE SHEET FOR FORMATION OF HEAT-RESISTANT SLEEVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive manufacture of a sleeve which is free from printing dirt and flaws and good for heat treatment, by laminating a printed surface of a nonfoaming polystyrene film which has been obtained by printing the same with ink having adhesive properties and a foamed sheet made of styrene maleic acid polymerized resin or its blended article each other. CONSTITUTION:As for a nonfoaming polystyrene film, a shock-proof polystyrene film having shrink characteristics whose heat shrinkage factor is 40-80% (140 deg.C) in the direction of a flow of the film and a thickness of 15-40 is appropriate. Thermocontact bonding of a printed surface of the polystyrene film and a foamed sheet is performed at the temperature of less than 130 deg.C after application of printing to the film with printing ink containing more than 20% polymethacrylic acid ester series binder within the whole solid content of the same and dryness of the film. A heat shrinkage factor of the foamed sheet is prepared at 40-80% (140 deg.C) in the direction of the flow by making either a styrene anhydrous maleic acid copolymerized resin monomer or a blended article of polystyrene series resin containing more than 20% styrene anhydrous maleic acid copolymerized resin extrude and foam.
