PURPOSE:To produce frozen raw tangle powder keeping various nutrient components, taste and flavor of fresh raw tangle, by freezing raw tangle at a specific temperature, and pulverizing at a specific pulverization temperature to a specific particle size. CONSTITUTION:Gathered raw tangle is washed with clean saline water, etc., thoroughly drained, cut to 3-10cm square, and frozen quickly at -40--196 deg.C. The frozen tangle is crushed with a pin-mill pulverizer, etc. at a pulverization temperature of -50--100 deg.C to obtain the objective frozen raw tangle powder having particle diameter of 0.3-0.01mmphi. |
