PURPOSE:To enable to perform partially decoration such as foil decorating simultaneously with injection molding, by a method wherein solid alignment between a foil decorating pattern part and molded article is performed completely by feeding continuously a foil decorated sheet within a space between molds and a trimming mechanism is provided within the mold. CONSTITUTION:When a mark of a sheet is detected by a detector 54, a heating plate 44 is moved to a regular position to a paint pattern. The heating plate 44 is moved to a frame component 46 side, the sheet 32 is placed between both the components 44, 46, which is descended and suspended at a predetermined position on a female mold 18. Vacuum drawing of a cavity of a piston part 15 is performed and the sheet 32 is made to stick to a mold surface of the piston part 15 by feeding compressed air through a vent hole 50. Both the components 44, 46 are made to return to a reference position. The piston part 15 and an intermediate mold 17 are united with each other, a foil decorated pattern of the painted sheet 32 is trimmed by edge parts 17a, 18b and the cavity is molded by uniting the piston part 15, the intermediate mold 17 and a stationary mold 16 with each other. Molten resin is injected within the cavity from an injection machine 28 and a molded article F can be produced. |
