<p>This disclosure relates to a class of novel 6-substituted-5-phenyltetrazolo[1,5-a][1,2,4]triazole [1,5-c]pyrimidines and to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds. The compounds and compositions disclosed are useful as renal vasodilators, diuretics and/or anti-hypertensive agents for the treatment of hypertensive disorders in humans.</p> |
