发明名称 MEASURING METHOD OF RESULT ADVANCE FACTOR IN COLD ROLLING MILL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a result advance factor with high accuracy without being affected by unfavorable environment by finding a result advance factor with utilizing the peripheral speed of the bridle roll which is arranged on the outlet side of a tandem cold rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:A bridle roll 7 is arranged on the outlet side of a tandem cold rolling mill. The peripheral speed VRb of said roll 7 and the roll peripheral speed VRn of the last stand 3n of the cold rolling mill are measured. The result advance factor fn=VRb/VRn-1 of the last stand 3n is calculated. The plate thickness hn of the outlet side of said stand 3n, the roll peripheral speed VRi of the 1st stand 3i and the plate thickness hi of the outlet side of said stand 3i are measured as well. The result advance factor fi=hn.VRb/hi.VRi-1 of the stand 3i is then calculated. With above method there is no necessity of installing a plate speed meter and consequently there is no error due to the splash of a cooling water and rolling oil and the result advance factor is obtd. with high accuracy.
