PURPOSE:To obtain a controller capable of eliminating the regulation of vector control means by measuring various impedance of a motor on the basis of a voltage detected value before starting, and automatically setting the control constants based on the result. CONSTITUTION:A motor constant automatic setter 20 is first operated by a signal of measurement starting timing, or motor switching timing or a main circuit closing timing to store the measured result control constant set value in a memory cell 21. Then, motor starting/stopping process 18 is performed and, when a start timing is taken to start, a motor variable speed control calculator 19 calculates by using the control constant obtained by the setter 20 and stored in the cell 21. |
