PURPOSE:To permit to realize multi-stage arrangement by a method wherein an interconnecting pipe, which discharge slag from the upper stage to the lower stage of a furnace inside, is provided without accompanying an enlarged and a complicated layout. CONSTITUTION:Between the upper-stage side and the lower-stage side of a cyclon furnace 13, a connecting pipe 25 is provided in an up-stream side of a baffle 21 for removing slag. The slag 19 being dammed up with this baffle 21, is discharged in an up-stream side of the lower baffle 21. In the lowest stage, the slag discharging device 33, which discharges slag from up-stream side of the baffle 21 to the outside, is connected. In the slag discharging device 33, the discharging conveyor 36 is placed in cooling water of a slag tank 34 and the slag 19 flowing down from a drop down outlet 37 is being discharged outside under cooling condition. |
