PURPOSE:To miniaturize a low Nox burner and eliminate a squeaky noise, while com pose correctly a burner without generating a dimensional error on the throat unit upon applying a caulking by a method wherein a spot welding of the burner fixed metal fitting is applied to the position of the enlarge spot in a taper shape from the throat unit in the burner case being almost U-shaped type. CONSTITUTION:A gas being jetted from a nozzle 26 sucks air nearby through a damper 28 by the ejector effect in the throat unit 27, which is mixed with the primary air. The temperature distribution and the gas concentration rate of the mixture gas in the frame hole are uniformalized by the baffle 30. Caulking is applied to the burner case 21, the flame hole metal screen 22, the burner frame 23 and the burner case cover 24 through the packing 25, which reduce metal to metal contacts, therefore, no squeaky noise is generated from the burner both in a heating and a cooling times. While the sot welding of the burner case fixed fitting metal 34 is applied so as to meet with a position of the slit 35, thereby its strength is increased and no dimensional error in the throat is existed, similarly, no dimensional error of enlarging when apply the caulking is occurred. Further, the burner case is miniaturized, because its shape is the divided cylindrical type of the almost U-shaped model. |
