PURPOSE:To process a two-dimensional picture data array having a optional number of columns by using plural buffer memories and registers to perform a processing which is determined by noticed picture data and picture data near it. CONSTITUTION:Picture data form a picture input device 1 is inputted to a picture memory 2, and stored two-dimensional picture data are read out to a register 18 one by one, and picture data in column units are stored temporarily in buffer memories 21-23 through a multiplexer 20. Picture data readout from buffer memories 21-23 are stored in registers 6, 9 and 12, and picture data stored in the register 12 is stored in a register 19. Picture data stored in the buffer memory 21 through the multiplexer 20. Picture data read out from registers, 6, 9 and 12 are given to a picture data processing circuit 16 through a multiplexer 15. |
