PURPOSE:To enable a capacity of refrigerator to be decreased and to reduce a cost of the refrigerator by a method wherein a primary stage refrigeration coil and a secondary refrigerator coil are made as front and rear stages in airflow passage. CONSTITUTION:Water of which temperature is approximate to a normal temperature to be supplied from the cooking water inlet pipe 6 is passed through the primary stage refrigeration coil inlet pipe 8 through the refrigeration water pump 7, heat exchanged with the primary cooling coil 2 and the flowed to the refrigeration water outlet pipe 10 through the primary refrigeration coil outlet pipe 9. Then, the cold water made by the refrigerator 12 is passed through the secondary refrigeration coil inlet pipe 13, heat exchanged with the secondary refrigeration coil 3 and dehumidified therein and then the cold water is returned to the refrigerator 12 by the cold water pump 15 through the secondary refrigerator coil outlet pipe 14 to form a closed loop, thus it is possible to make a substantial increased cooling capacity and efficiency and then the heat exchanging of air and removing of heat from the air in the primary cooling mechanism 5 are positively performed. |
