PURPOSE:To enable long-term continuous measurement at a high speed without abrading a sensor part, by measuring the abrasion amount of a trolley wire in a non-contact state by the optical micrometer consisting of a light emitting part and a light receiving part positioned at both sides of the trolley wire. CONSTITUTION:The guide rollers 3 and slide plates 4 contacted with a trolley wire 2 are respectively provided to the front and rear parts of a measuring frame 5 and an optical sensor head 6 is arranged between both guide rollers 3 so as to allow the light emitting part and light receiving part to position at both sides of the trolley wire 2. The optical sensor head 6 and the operational measuring and recording part provided to a measuring wheel are connected by an optical fiber 10 and the abrasion amount of the trolley wire is accurately and continuously measured, operated and recorded in a non-contact state. |
