PURPOSE:To provide a cold air blowing in a high efficient manner when used by a method wherein a coolant agent is cooled under an operation of a refrigeration circuit having a low capacity when a cold air blower is not used. CONSTITUTION:When a small-sized compressor 301 is operated, an evaporator 303 is cooled under an action of a refrigeration circuit 310, thereby the cold accumulation unit 305 stores the cold air in the coolant agant 304 in it and when it is reached to the desired temperature, the small-sized compressor 301 is stopped under an action of the thermostat 309. When a blower 307 is operated, the blown air is heat exchanged with the coolant unit 305, resulting in producing the cold air 308. Therefore, it is possible to generate the cold air more than a capacity of the refrigeration circuit 310 in order to store cold air in the coolant unit 305 and further since the calorie of the dischaged air has a relative low calorific value due to its small size and low capacity and thus the room temperature under tyhe opening state is not increased. |
