NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [A is formula II-IV (X is aromatic or heterocyclic ring which may be substituted; Ar is aromatic ring which may be substituted; R<1>-R<3> are H, lower alkyl]. USE:Lamination-type electrophotographic photoreceptor. It shows good repro ducibility of red original images. PREPARATION:3,6-Bis(4-aminophenyl)-s-tetrazine is diazotized to form a tetra zonium salt of formula VI (Y is anionic functional group). The resultant tetrazonium salt is allowed to react with a coupler for group A. |
