PURPOSE:To vary easily the length of a transmission line and to attain ease of assembling by separating a couple of transmission parts in parallel with each other in a high frequency U link transmission line used for a nuclear fusion experiment equipment, inserting one end to the other end, constituting it slidably and arranging a bellows to the transmission parts while covering a slide part. CONSTITUTION:The center of a variable length line 12 between coupling flanges 14, 19 is formed in a way possible for expansion and contraction. The bellows 28 is fitted to the surrounding of the variable length part 12 while covering the variable length part 12 and both ends are fixed to the flanges 14, 19 so as to keep the air-tightness. The middle part of the flanges 14, 19 is inserted mutually with the upper and lower variable length parts so as to be slidable. The middle part of the variable length line 12 is expanded and contracted freely by forming a slit to the tip of said outer and inner conductors. |
