PURPOSE:To form a smooth film in case of plating by maintaining a command signal from an instruction unit by a holder constant even after stopping the output of a control signal to a thyristor of a rectifier. CONSTITUTION:When the output of a DC by a rectifier 3 is stopped, a detection signal from a detector 6 becomes zero, but since the constant lever of the command signal so far is held by a holding circuit 20, the level of a command signal from an instruction unit 14 is controlled constantly even after stopping the output of a control signal to thyristors. Thus, a current of constant level is intermittently flowed to a load, a large current is not flowed immediately after a switch circuit 18 is turned OFF, and a smooth film may be formed in case of plating and etching. |
