PURPOSE:To obtain excellent durability and eliminate generation of brake noise by forming a brake shoe body with thermoplastic resin and superposing brake lining material with thermosetting resin as a binding agent integrally on the sliding face of the body. CONSTITUTION:A brake shoe body 12 integrally projecting claws 9, 9' stopped by engaging on mounting holes 10, 10' of a brake lever 5 on the sliding face and the back face of opposite side is made of a formed product of thermoplastic resin such as polyacid or polypropylene. A brake lining material 11 integrally contacted on the sliding face side is formed by resin mold group material whose binding agent is made thermosetting resin. Then, durability is obtained sufficiently and vibration generated on the sliding face is absorbed to prevent generation of brake noise. |
