PURPOSE:To prevent a seat belt attaching position from dislocating, by engaging an anchor plate, supporting one end of a seat belt in a normal application mode, with a slider free of sliding motion along a guide rail, while making the engagement releasable in time of emergency. CONSTITUTION:An inner side end part 4 of a webbing 1 is attached to a car floor part 5 via a takeup roller 6, while an outer side end part 7 is connected to a slider 9 via an anchor plate 8. The slider is moved and guide along a guide rail 13 laid down along pillars 10, 11 and a roof guide 11, and further moved with rotation of a sprocket wheel 44 by a driving tape 24. In this case, a projection part 29 is formed in one end part of a leg part to which the anchor plate 8 of the slider 9 is attached with a bolt 27 and a nut 28, while a concave part 30, where the projection part 29 is engaged or disengaged, is formed in the anchor plate 8, and at usual time, with the engagement between them 29 and 30, unwilling turning motion in the anchor plate 8 is checked. |
