PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of a background due to scattering by reducing fluorescence generated at a glass part, by allowing incident exciting light to be incident along the plane of a gel from the gap between two glass plate. CONSTITUTION:Two flat plates 1A, 1B separated by a definite distance by two spacers 2A, 2B. The space surrounded by the flat plates 1A, 1B and the spacers 2A, 2B is filled with a polyacrylamide or agarose gel 3. Two electrodes 11A, 11B are respectively attached to the upper and lower ends of the flat plates 1A, 1B through a buffer solution tank and a migration drive power source imparting migration force to a specimen is connected between both electrodes. |
