PURPOSE:To obtain time series data continuing for the next process immediately after the termination of abnormality diagnosis process by providing a time series data memory device, abnormality decision device and an abnormal pattern memory device. CONSTITUTION:Time series data memory devices 3 and 4 are serial and parallel memory devices which record and updata time series data each sample time from present to n-th (optional figure) sampled past which are obtained through a data input device 2. The data stored at a device 4 are inputted to an abnormality detector 7 through a statistic data calculation device 5 and a statistic data memory device 6, and the calculation results of the device 5 are compared with data from present to m-th step past to detect the abnormality. This result is sent to the device 6 through a control device 12, and an abnormality diagnosing device 8 decides the abnormality according to the change of statistic data held in the device 6 immediately before and after the data concerned, and the result is output through an output device 10. By such constitution it is possible to obtain the time series data continuing for next processing immediately after the abnormality decision and diagnosis processing of on-line data. |
