PREVENTION SYSTEM AGAINST EXCESS DISPLAY OF GRAPHIC

摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten a comparative inspection time by performing the comparative investigation of the position relation with a display range of excess display prevention as to every graphic element. CONSTITUTION:The smallest rectangle having regular arrangement is regarded as a unit for the prevention against the excess display of a graphic and lattices in a virtual space wherein units are arranged longitudinally and laterally are given numbers to prescribe virtual coordinates. Graphic elements are arranged in said virtual space according to an editing rule and virtual coordinates of diagonal positions at this time and identification data on display elements are used as actual data; and the display range is set rectangularly having lattices in the virtual space as units and virtual coordinates of its diagonal positions are used as actual data. The comparative investigation of the position relation with the display range as to said virtual coordinates of the diagonal positions is performed for every graphic element, and actual coordinates are calculated as to only displayed segments. Consequently, the comparative investigation of the position relation with the display range as to a graphic element consisting of plural segments is performed with the same trouble with one segment.
