PURPOSE:To perform measurement statically and safely, by providing a spiral cam rotating in connection with the rotation of a flowmeter and a two-step cam interlocking with said spiral cam and adding a prescribed valve open degree. CONSTITUTION:A handle lever 11 is revolved to move a transmission lever 12. The piston rod 28 in the cylinder 26 of a mechanism box 25 is moved through a coil spring 27 and the mechanism box 25 is also moved to the same direction and the movement thereof is stopped at a position where a pin 29 is engaged with the part (a) of an initial velocity cam 30. Therefore, a wire 14 also moves through a link 13 and a lever 9 is rotated to open the pilot valve 4 of a quantitative valve and a piston valve 3 to a predetermined open degree. When a spiral cam 18 is rotated once and exceeds the stroke of a cam part 19, the pin 29 moves to a cam part (b) and the mechanism box 25 also moves to fully open the pilot valve 4 and the piston valve 3. |
