PURPOSE:To enable pressure control with lower minimum adjusting pressure by connecting a control chamber and a spring chamber of the main valve by a passage having a throttle, and further connecting an external pilot passage to the spring chamber. CONSTITUTION:A spring chamber 35 of the main valve 21 and a control chamber 46 of a pilot valve 22 are connected to each other by an internal pilot passage 55 having a vent throttle 56 at one end portion thereof on control chamber 46 side. The control chamber 46 and a spring chamber 35 of the main valve 21 are connected to each other by a passage 61 having a throttle 62. As the spring chamber 35 of the main valve 21 and a pilot valve for remote manipulation are connected directly to each other by an external pilot passage 66 having a throttle 67, pressure control can be accomplished with lower minimum adjusting pressure. |
