摘要 |
PURPOSE:To use the title catalyst at 800 deg.C and to reduce the amt. of the catalyst to be used by forming the oxidation catalyst for catalytic combustion by a composite metallic oxide having perovskite structure expressed by a specified crystal structure formula. CONSTITUTION:In a perovskite type composite metallic oxide expressed by the crystal structure formula ABO3, A is selected from lanthanum or yytrium, and B is constituted of rhodium and used as the oxidation catalyst body. Or a part of said A site is replaced by a metal such as strontium and cerium having a valence different from lanthanum and yytrium to improve further the activity, and a composite metallic oxide of perovskite structure having the structure A1-xA'xBO3 (where X is 0-0.9) is obtained. The composite metallic oxide is also used as the catalyst. Said composite oxides are deposited on an inorg. heat-resistant material and the obtained material is used as an oxidation catalyst. |
