PURPOSE:To simplify process control so clarifiably as well as to aim at a synchronization rate of parts to be fed to the next workshop and the observance of delivery time limits, by display each object product (parts) in classification of the appointed time limit of delivery by colors at each job shop section, while partially projecting these parts in a section corresponding to process length. CONSTITUTION:30 days of maximum process length required for object products (parts) is divided into day's schedules of three section consisting in 10 days of a fixed delivery time limit range (l1) and each part whose delivery time limits are set to 30-50 days at the end of third-fifth sections (S3-5) is classi fied into A-C groups, and they are displayed by colors of yellow, red and blue. And each A-C group, parts having the process length extending over the section of 1-3 pieces are classified into A1-A3, B1-B3 and C1-C3 groups whereby they are projected in regular sequence at the outset of respective relevant sections. With this constitution, the appointed time limit of delivery for the said parts is accurately recognized, thus a synchronization rate of parts and the observance of delivery time limits both are well promoted. |
