摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease a first idle speed at about a normal temperature, by controlling the opened of a throttle valve to a closing direction through a stopper mechanism provided in a distant plate and an adjusting mechanism when the temperature of an engine decreases further it is in operation at about the normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:If a temperature of cooling water decreases to about the normal temperature, a temperature sensing actuator 2, contracting to retreat a rod 4 in a direction D, turns a cam lever 8 in a direction E. Than a rack lever 10 turns in a direction E, and a pinion gear 20, being turned in a direction F by a rack gear 12, sets a chock valve 16 to a predetermined closing position. While a cam follower lever 28 turns in a direction G in accordance with the turning of the cam lever 8, further the second holding part 40, being transferred in a direction H, compresses a spring 54 constituting an adjusting mechanism. Then a distance plate 42 tends to turn in a direction G, but it is stopped to a subcam 44 constituting a stopper mechanism being prevented from turning. And an automatic choke system, never turning a lever 32 while the spring 54 is contracted, prevents a throttle valve 24 from opening.
