PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of adhesive dislocation of a metallic diaphragm and piezoelectric element by drilling a hole at the center of the metallic diaphragm to insert a pushing-up pin into said hole and shifting the diaphragm to an adhering process. CONSTITUTION:A hole 3a free from vibration is drilled at the center part of a metallic diaphragm 3 to insert a pushing-up pin for positioning 6 into said hole. By shifting the pushing-up pin 6, the metallic diaphragm 3 is shifted to the adhering process of an automatic machine. In the process an adhesive 7 is coated on the metallic diaphragm 3, and one electrode 5a of a piezoelectric element 5 provided with two electrodes 5a at the both ends is adhered thereon. Thus the diameter of the hole 3a on the metallic diaphragm 3 comes to be approximately equal to that of the pushing-up pin 6, and the metallic diaphragm 3 and pushing-up pin 6 are always positioned coaxially; therefore the adhesive dislocation of the metallic diaphragm 3 and the piezoelectric element 5 is hardly generated. |
