PURPOSE:To shorten warm-up time and to form stably and continuously fine pictures many times by forming toner images by a specified toner, and rotating a specific heat roller at a specified linear speed to heat and fix the toner images. CONSTITUTION:A toner image is formed on a transfer material with a toner obtained by containing a releasing agent consisting of wax whose melting point is 60-110 deg.C and melted viscosity at 160 deg.C is >=100cp and other necessary components in binder resin. The toner image is heated and fixed at >=180mm/sec linear speed by a heat roller/fixer provided with a heat roller having <=300cal/ deg.C heat capacity to form a copied picture. Consequently, warm-up time is shortened, the fixing and releasing properties are sufficiently held even at a low temperature and transfer paper is prevented from being wound up for a long period even when picture formation is repeated continuously at a high speed, so that fine pictures can be stably and continuously formed many times. |
