PURPOSE:To uniformize heating temperature of heating elements provided at end parts and that of heating elements provided at central or intermediate parts, by a construction wherein a band form intermediate resistor part having power consumption between the power consumption per unit area of heating elements and the power consumption per unit area of a common electrode is provided between the heating elements and the common electrode. CONSTITUTION:A selecting electrode is connected to one end of each of the heating elements 1, while the other end is connected with the band form intermediate resistor part 3 elongate in the arrangement direction of the heating element 1 and consisting of a resistor film having a sheet resistance lower than the sheet resistance of the heating elements but not negligible, and the resistor part 3 is connected to the common electrode 2. With the intermediate resistor part provided between the heating elements and the common electrode, a potential difference provided between the common electrode and the selecting electrode is distributed to the heating element and the intermediate resistor part, since the resistance of the common electrode and that of the selecting electrode are negligible. Accordingly, the proportion of the potential difference distributed to the heating element located at a central part is smaller than the proportion of the potential difference distributed to the heating element located at the end. |
