PURPOSE:To prevent the dislocation, dimensional deviations and scratches of a molded part from generating and also enable to reduce the time necessary for the temperature rise of the molded part by a structure wherein the molded part is set on an assembling device under the state that the assembling device is carried out of a pressing device. CONSTITUTION:The titled bonding device consists of an assembling device 1 having a positioning device 4 of a molded part, a clamping device 7 and a backing heating block 8 to preheat the molded part, all provided on a self-propelling truck 3, an elevating table of the device 1, hooks 13 (not shown in fig.) to hold the device 1 and a pressing device 2 having pressing mechanism 15 to press pressing heating blocks 14, each of which heats and presses the molded part, against the joint bonding area of the molded part. Due to the above- mentioned structure, in which the assembling device 1 is separated from the pressing device 2, without being delivered from the device 1 to the device 2, the molded part 16 (not shown in fig.) set on the device 1 is pressingly bonded by the heating blocks 14 of the device 2, resulting in eliminating the deterioration on dimensions and accuracy due to the dislocation of the molded part and the generation of scratches during its delivery. In addition, because the heating block 8 is provided in the device 1 in order to preheat the molded part 16 prior to carrying of the device 1 into the device 2, the heating time can be reduced. |
