PURPOSE:To optimize the air-fuel ratio control immediately after release of fuel cut by transferring the air-fuel ratio control to predetermined level upon execution and release of fuel cut under deceleration and starting control from the condition near to the theoretical air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:Under deceleration where an accelerator switch 8, a clutch switch 9 and a neutral switch 10 are all turned off to provide H-signal to NAND gate 17 while the engine rotation is higher than predetermined level to provide H-signal from rotation comparison circuit 14 to a gate 17, H-signal is produced from mono-multivibrator 18 to control the air-fuel ratio in accordance to the output from O2 sensor. While upon release of decelerated state to provide at least one L-signal to NAND gate 17, its output will change to produce negative pulse for predetermined time from said multi-vibrator 18. Consequently, predetermined level corresponding with the theoretical air-fuel ratio if produced from air-fuel ratio generating circuit 19 thus to control the air-fuel ratio from the level near to the theoretical level. |
