A process for producing a side-glued box 100, which box has a lid 13 which covers one side 12 of the box and which at one edge is connected to another side of the box by a fold. The lid 13 of the box 100 is configured double as a result of a lid part 13a connected by a fold to the front edge of the lid being glued to the inside of the lid and it is closed at both edges with sealing tabs 26 which are adjoined to the upper part of the lid 13 and are fastened to the ends of the box 100. At least one glued margin running in the longitudinal direction of the box is distributed on the inner surface of that lid part which is on top in the finished box, plus next to the sealing tabs 26 and over these, for the gluing of the lid 13, and the sealing tabs 26 and all longitudinally directed glued margins of the box are distributed for the gluing of the sealing tabs to the end tabs. <IMAGE> |
