PURPOSE:To facilitate the layout of a work machining mill by constituting the conveying device of a bar-like work having an umbrella section so as to hold the work from a slant chute on a hook via the vertical section of an endless chain with its lower side formed in a reverse L-shape. CONSTITUTION:A work 11 is slided down on a chute 23 and waits at a selector 53. On the other hand, a chain 16a is run in a reverse L-shape via sprockets 17, 18, and a hook 13 rotates a detection plate 47 in the arrow direction. A detector 53 detects it and operates the selector 53 to allow the work 11 being stopped to pass by one. The work 11 dropped through the chute 23 hits a stopper 46 jumping out from an end section 23a and is positioned, and it is held by the hook 13 elevating together with the chain 16a. According to this constitution, the layout of a machine tool for work machining is facilitated. |
