<p>PURPOSE:To diagnose at a control center which electric power plant etc. presents what opening/closing operation resistance by providing a detecting means to a breaker, etc., installed in the electric power plant, etc., and also providing a data processor to the control center. CONSTITUTION:Electric power plants 24-1, 24-2...24-N are provided with plural breakers 10-1, 10-2...10-N, and an opening/closing time sensor 16, opening/closing pressure sensor 17, and opening/closing speed sensor 18 are connected to the data processor 19. Those electric power plants 24-1, etc., are connected to the control center 24 which controls them concentrically. A data processor 29 is installed in this control center 25. For example, the breaker 10-1 in the electric power plant 24-1 is put in opening/closing operation and when sensors 16-18 output a time signal, pressure signal, and opening/closing stroke signal respectively, those signals are sent to the processor 29 of the control center 25 through the processor 19, etc., and processed by the processor 29, so that results are outputted on a plotter 32. Therefore, it is judged which power plant breaker shown what operation resistance.</p> |
