Improvement to building blocks with built-in insulation

摘要

Improvement making it possible to prevent building blocks which comprise built-in insulation from being damaged during the handling and transport operations. The improvement consists in increasing the height of the wall 4 of the hollow of the building block 1 which contains the insulating material 2 by a height 5 equal to a thickness of the mortar joint which will be laid for bonding the superimposed building blocks, the said wedge 5 thus created being located on the upper face of the built-in insulating material. The invention may be used for the manufacture of any building block which comprises a built-in insulating mass capable of fitting with the insulating masses of the superimposed building blocks so as to create a continuous insulating wall inside the constructed wall. <IMAGE>
