PURPOSE:The title compound that contains an organogermanium compound, thus enabling sufficient supply of oxygen to cells at the hair roots to promote hair growth. CONSTITUTION:The objective cosmetic contains an organogermanium sesquioxidr of formula I or of formula II (R is 1-12C alkyl). The compounds reacts with H<+> ion in body fluid to expel out of the body to inhibit the consumption of oxygen for expelling H<+> ions to enable sufficient supply of oxygen to the cells at the hair roots whereby the nutrition situation in the cells is improved to accelerate hair growth, further improving nutritious situation in skin and subcutaneous cells to inhibit hair falling, dandruff, itching and gray hairs. |
