PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to reduce the cost by outputting the other detection signal when either the absence of journal in a journal accommodating portion or the full load of journal at a winding portion is detected to simultaneously conduct both detections and facilitate dealing. CONSTITUTION:A near-end detector 16 and an end detector 17 as detection means are disposed in a slip accommodating portion 1. A winding portion 14 has no function of detecting the full load. That is, as both the slip accommodating capacity and the slip take-up amount are for 1,000 dealings, the near-end and end of accommodated slip are detected to simultaneously detect the full load without a full load detecting function. Thus, a detector for the full load of winding slip is eliminated to remove later adjustment work on the detected side. That is, if the near end and end detection signals are output, a slip replacement signal and a full load signal are output, and the need of removing and keeping a duplicate of the slip is eliminated, so that the cost is reduced and malfunction at the time of detection can be decreased. |
