PURPOSE:To convey adherent dust without blocking a pneumatic conveying pipe by blowing off thrown dust with initial speed in air flow direction by means of a rotating roller disposed on the bottom of a throwing part of the conveying pipe. CONSTITUTION:A dust throwing part 11 is connected to a pneumatic conveying pipe 14 via a vertical dust throwing pipe 13 having a discharge valve 12 interposed therebetween, and a crushing machine 15 is provided on the upper part of the discharge valve 12. A roller 17 partly appearing inside the conveying pipe 14 is provided in a casing 16 arranged just under the dust throwing pipe 13 in the conveying pipe 14. Crushed dust thrown into the conveying pipe 14 via the throwing pipe 13 is blown off by rotation of the roller 17 and given an initial speed in the direction of air flow, and therebyd adhesion of the dust to the pipe bottom can be prevented. |
