Muscle-powered propeller which can instantaneously be fitted to the float of a sail-board. It consists of a lever 2 carrying paddles 3, 4, sliding on a cable 6 and actuated by two ski sticks 8, 9. The float thus equipped moves and easily comes up on the beach. The device of the invention, being light-weight and of small bulk, and, which requires the same positions and movements as cross-country skiing provides a healthy and attractive sport. <IMAGE>
