METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BENDING AXIAL LINE OF CONTINUOUS LONG-SIZED MEMBER

PURPOSE:To prevent the buckling of a long-sized member and to perform continuously a bend work by separating the guiding device from the supporting point with its retreating after performing a bend work from the supporting point with supporting and feeding out a long-sized member with the guiding device. CONSTITUTION:A molding blank material M2 is fed into a bend work device 13 linearly from a guide device 12. The blank material M2 is then bent in a curvature R1 with rocking the bend work device 13. The work device 13 is then made so as to perform a return motion to the feeding out position side of the blank material M2 for making the curvature a bigger curvature R2, also the guide device 12 is retreated so as to separate from the bend work device 13 with the motion of a cylinder 18. Due to the space between the guide device 12 and bend work device 13 being able to be made larger therefore unreasonable bend load is not given on the axial line of the blank material M2.
