A tubular membrane comprising a substantially cylindrically shaped fabric member having been coated with an alpha -cyanoacrylate monomer containing composition. The fabric is characterized as being substantially inert to and insoluble in the alpha -cyanoacrylate monomer containing composition. The membrane is ideally suited for the joinder of linear geometrically shaped objects such as electrical conductors as substitutes for prior shrink fit tubing. |
