Measuring appliance for water draining from a swimming pool

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of a measuring appliance for water draining from a swimming pool through an overflow channel, in spite of uneven water flow and the air content of the water collected from the overflow channel, it is proposed to provide an intermediate reservoir which receives the water coming from the overflow channel, and to arrange for a measuring line to branch off below the lowest possible liquid level in the intermediate reservoir, which measuring line supplies water from the intermediate reservoir to measuring instruments.
