PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion and promote single crystallization by coating an Si ethylate on surfaces of one side of a single crystal and a polycrystalline body both abraded into a mirror surface, coating aqueous sodium hydroxide on joint surfaces of the other side and plying up the both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, Si ethylate solution and aqueous sodium hydroxide solution are coated on surfaces of one side of a single crystal and a polycrystalline body which are abraded into a mirror surface and on surfaces of the other side respectively. Next, the both surfaces are piled up. At this time, reaction between the Si ethylate solution and the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution is generated, a layer coated by SiO2 is formed on the joint surface and the both surfaces are made to adhere strongly. After this, if the joint body is heat-treated, the polycrystalline body is crystallized into a single crystal from the joint surface toward the side of the polycrystalline body. |
