AUTOMATIC WELDING EQUIPMENT WITH RECORDING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To print with arranging to understand the welding conditions easily and to reduce the use of memories by providing a recording RAM inside a controlling device and by storing with giving an input number in order to the welding conditions which are repeated by the control of CPU. CONSTITUTION:The position information in the direction of a welding line is obtd. from a truck 2 and sensing data and profiling data in the welding line direction and right angled direction are obtd. from the sensor 3 detecting the information thereof. These are taken into a RAM and based on the sensing data corresponding to the positions of the 1st and 2nd electrodes 4, 5 the control of the welding conditions and profiling control are performed. On each time when the welding is finished after the arrival of the 1st electrode 4 at the recording position, the values of the welding speed, welding current and welding voltage are inputted with giving in order the input number to the RAM for recording provided inside the RAM of the corrected welding conditions. Each time when the 2nd electrode 5 completes a welding the output number is made in zero and with communicating with a recording device 6 according to the data of the input number 0 of the RAM for recording and the buffer value, etc. of the 2nd electrode 5 the necessary printing data is obtd.
