PURPOSE:To make an arrangement work easier and to reduce a working cost in drilling by using a punching work method in drilling and by performing a program control of the free dividing device which moves and stops freely in each direction the working unit thereof. CONSTITUTION:A work 6 is firmly supported by members 8, 8A, 8B, when the work 6 of the oil pan, etc. for automobile, for instance, is placed on the member 8 of the clamp device 2 where a clamp member 8B is set in the appropriate position. Now with pushing the starting button of a control device a work moving device 3 is motioned and the device 2 and the work 6 are moved to the working position and stopped at the figured position. In this case the free dividing device 5 stopping at an optional position with moving a drilling work unit 4 in the directions of up and down, right and left and force and at performs a division so that the punch 22 and die 23 of the unit 4 at the front and opposite sides of the figure can be located at the prescribed position respectively. The hole of the prescribed diameter is thereafter made on the drilling work part 6a of the work with the co-work of the punch 22 and die 23. A similar drilling is performed for the 2nd position and the work is progressed similarly thereafter. |
