It comprises a frame formed of three horizontal plates (1, 2, 3) of which the lower two (1, 2) are assembled by two vertical plates (4, 5) and the third (3) is assembled to the second (2) by three posts (7, 8, 9). On the third post (9) there is mounted, to rotate freely, a horizontal plate (15) fitted with devices (16) for fixing punches (17). An interchangeable die (14) is mounted on a second plate (13) secured to a vertical shaft (12) sliding in a guide (21). The shaft (12) rests via its lower end on a cam (11) mounted on a horizontal shaft (10) passing through the two vertical plates (4, 5). The shaft (10) is controlled by a lever (22) in order to raise or lower the second plate (13) with the die (14) during the punching work. The first plate (15) is locked in the desired position via a sprung ball (19), housed in a socket (20) secured to the third plate (3) of the frame, clipping into a recess (18) of the device (16) holding the punch (17). <IMAGE>
