PURPOSE:To reduce a man-hour for working and improve an environment resisting property of a magnetic core by fusing nonmagnetic materials to pack them into many grooves formed on a magnetic core block and solidifying them by cooling to form reinforcing plates. CONSTITUTION:Many grooves 9 are provided at intervals of a track width Tw on a magnetic core block 8 where two blocks are adhered to each other with a magnetic gap 3 between them, and this block 8 is fitted to a recessed part 12a of a holding body 12 consisting of a nonmagnetic material, and a round bar is inserted into winding windows 11a to charge a low-melting point glass into grooves 9, and this glass is solidified by cooling to form reinforcing plates 13. This block is cut along lines X-Y to complete magnetic cores 14. Since the reinforcing plate 13 itself has an adhesive strength and an organic adhesive is not used, the deviation between the magnetic core body and the reinforcing plate and deformations of them are prevented in high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. |
