PURPOSE:To heat an inner surface of a ladle equally and efficiently by constituting a ladle heating device with a plural burner for the specified direction in the ladle and a heat exchanger utilizing waste gasses. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular recessed part 35 is provided in the center of a cover 33 of a ladle 1 as a molten metal vessel, a plural burner 32 is installed so that an tip of the burner 32 may turn to a corner part 38 of the ladle 1 and a heat exchanger 41 and a chimney 42 are installed on an exhaust port 40 of fuel exhaust gasses. Fuel exhausted gasses are sent from a gas pipe 36 to a burner 32 and burned by heated air under high temperature sent from an air pipe 37 to the heat exchanger 41. Flames 31 from a tip of the burner heats the lower corner part 38 of the ladle 1 and rises gradually forming a vortex flow along an inner wall 29 of the ladle 1 and heats the inner surface of the ladle equally. High temperature exhaust gas 43 is discharged into a chimney 42 through a heat exchanger 41. Therefore, the ladle 1 can be heated equally and with a sperior heat efficiency. |
