PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency by providing a laser parting body on the route of a laser beam and irradiating each beam to separate part to be processed. CONSTITUTION:A parting miller 20 with a miller 22 is provided on the route of a laser beam 18 and the laser beam 18 is parted into two laser beams 18a. The parted laser beams 18a are reflected by a reflection miller 24 and irradiated to inner wall surfaces 14, 16. Two part of the wall surfaces 14, 16 are processed by a laser processing device to shorten the processing time and decrease the number of irradiation position alignment. Consequently, the processing efficiency of the laser beam 18 is improved. |
