PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of tape squeaking by adding and mixing >=3 kinds of lubricating agents having different m.p. to and with a resin binding material for a magnetic core blank body so that an always adequate amt. of the lubricating agents bleed out on the sliding surface of a recording medium regardless of environmental temp. CONSTITUTION:The core halves 3a, 3b of the magnetic core blank body 3 supported by a core support 2 in a shielding case 1 are integrally fixed to the case 1 by packing the resin binding material 6. Three kinds of the lubricating agents having 62 deg.C m.p., about 900mol.wt., 45 deg.C m.p., about 750mol.wt., 30 deg.C m.p., about 600mol.wt., are added and mixed respectively at the same ratio to and with such material 6 in the case of, for example, perfluorosilicone oil. >=3 kinds of the lubricating agents or >=3 kinds of not the same system having different m.p., may be added and mixed to and with said material. The magnetic head with which the lubricating agents can bleed out uniformly at a suitable thickness in the wide environment from low to high temp. and which obviates the tape squeaking is thus obtd. |
